For the Creamy Sauce:
• 2
tablespoons Greek yogurt or sour cream
• 1
tablespoon mayonnaise
• 1
teaspoon lime juice
• ½
teaspoon honey or agave
• Dash
of hot sauce (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat
your Air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
2. Season
fish: In one bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, chili powder,
cumin, and salt, pepper, and squeeze lime juice. Brush or rub onto both sides
of the fish fillets.
3. Air
fry fish: Lay the fish in the basket (use parchment if needed). Cook for 8-10
minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and flaky.
4. Prepare
sauce: In a small bowl, yogurt, mayo, lime juice, honey, and hot sauce. Adjust
to taste as desired.

tacos: Warm your tortillas, then layer with cabbage, flaked fish, tomatoes, red
onion, and drizzle with the creamy sauce.
