the Jalapeños:
Cut the jalapeños in half from stem to tip
and scrape out the seeds and white membranes (wear gloves if necessary).
2. Prepare
the Filling:
Mix in a small bowl the cream cheese,
shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until
well blended.
3. Fill,

Spoon the mixture into each half of the
jalapeño. Lightly press the tops with Panko breadcrumbs for a crunchy coating.
4. Air

5. Serve:
Let them cool for a few minutes. Top with
bacon bits or fresh herbs.
Serve for balance with ranch dressing or a
cool yogurt dip.

Tips for Making Perfect Air Fryer Jalapeño
Poppers:

filled jalapeños for 15 minutes before air-frying for clean and crispy results.
• Use
parchment liners or a non-stick air fryer tray to prevent sticking.
• To
lighten up the recipe, substitute cream cheese for Greek yogurt.
